Avenue South Residence, the new development near the soon-to-be-built Great Southern Waterfront city, is set to launch in Singapore in Q2 2019.


This mega-project in Kampong Bahru sits on a 245,972 sq. ft. residential site and is located in Downtown City Center at Silat Avenue.


It consists of 56-story twin towers that offer a host of facilities to accommodate its future residents.
